Agendi Global Retreat – An amazing team!

We had an amazing company retreat after Climate Week. Agendi began with three of us four years ago – and currently have more than quadrupled in size! The retreat began in New York at the tail end of Climate Week – where the New York office welcomed our consultants from all over the US, UK, and Canada (including our 10 new team members) with a tremendous team night out with the amazing rapper Baba Brickman.

This was followed by team workshops in NYC.  From there, we headed to the Adirondacks for backcountry camping (a great way to get to know each other) and a night in Lake Placid.  Then, on to Montreal, Canada where we had inspirational get-togethers, partner workshops, and a very well-received dive into our different personalities and working styles.  Not to leave out the axe-throwing and escape room escapades, and great meals.  We are graced by an amazing team and look forward to working with all of you in the years to come!
