Wesley is a recognized leader among M&A lawyers in the United States and Europe. His practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, in a wide variety of business sectors. Wesley led Jones Day’s New York office, the largest of the firm, between 2013 and 2019. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Wesley earned an M.A. and B.A. from Cambridge University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
