Victoire Carous

For the last ten years, Victoire has worked around consumer businesses at the crossroads of better-for-you-better-for-the-planet food and e-commerce, in Europe and in Asia. First as an investor for Verlinvest, a family-owned private-equity fund, and then leading acquisitions and integrations for Ecotone, the leading organic food group of brands in Europe.

After graduating in Business Administration and in Political Sciences at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) in Belgium, Victoire worked for five years for McKinsey. She also holds an MBA from Kellogg. Victoire is optimistic about the future as she sees rapid changes in consumer preferences in favor of sustainability considerations, and companies waking up to the opportunity. Victoire is also an advisor to Quadia Regenero, an impact investment fund in Geneva investing into the regenerative economy.
