Dawn Emling

Dawn Emling has 20+ years of experience in the overlapping sectors of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and international development. Dawn is currently the Head of Sustainability Initiatives at Lincoln Financial Group. Previously she served as Head of Sustainability & CSR Strategy for Thomson Reuters where she designed and led two global platforms: the ESG Footprint Committee and the ESG Institute. From 2010 to 2016 Dawn led a consulting firm specialized in sustainability and served as COO of a social impact startup. Between 2006 and 2010, she held two leadership positions with Credit Suisse as the Head of Sustainability in EMEA and the Head of Community Investment & Sustainability in Asia. Early in her career, she was a Senior Advisor to the United States Agency for International Development with a focus on democracy, human rights and civic participation.
