We envision a future characterized by equality on all levels, where barriers are eliminated, and individuals enjoy equitable access to education, economic stability, and thriving ecosystems that foster well-being. Embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity are not just aspirations for us—they are at the core of our values as a B-Corp certified #climate and #sustainability consulting firm.

At Agendi, we recognize that a diverse and inclusive workplace drives innovation, creativity, and success. We firmly believe that by embracing a wide spectrum of identities and experiences within our team, we can better serve our clients and create a positive impact on the world. By supporting LGBTQ+ rights, we aim to contribute to a more just and equitable society.

Across the world, hard-won protections are being challenged and there is an alarming rise in the proposal of legislation that targets and undermines the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. Now is the time to act.

To support our LGBTQ+ colleagues and be effective allies, Agendi commits to:

1. Create a Safe and Inclusive Environment: We strive to maintain a work environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and safe to express their authentic selves.

2. Educate and Raise Awareness: We will continue to educate ourselves and our team members about LGBTQ+ issues, terminology, and experiences, including by organizing group discussions with invited activists, stakeholders and our colleagues. By fostering understanding and empathy, we can build bridges of support and solidarity.

3. Develop Inclusive Policies and Benefits: We commit to performing ongoing reviews of our policies internally and externally to ensure they are inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse family structures.

4. Partner and Engage with the Community: Agendi will seek partnerships with LGBTQ+-focused organizations, supporting their initiatives through financially supporting charities and supporting our employees’ initiatives across our locations

This year, we are happy to support three LGBTQ+ organizations active in the US, UK and globally to provide 24/7 crisis intervention lifelines, create inclusive environments and strengthen the capacity of the LGBTQ+ humanrights movement.

We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. By taking concrete steps and fostering a culture of respect and inclusion, we hope to create a positive impact that extends far beyond our organization. Together, let us celebrate diversity, embrace inclusivity, and work towards a future where equality knows no bounds.
